Periodic Review of Fire Risk Assessments
Since the introduction of primary fire safety legislation in 2005 there has been some concern on the frequency of reviews following a fire risk assessment. The information below sets out the criteria for reviews although if no material or structural alterations have taken place relevant guidance and legislation continue to remain silent on when a review should take place. (The word ‘regularly’ in the legislation has never been defined).
